I. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that they are:

In the original packaging with all tags attached
Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
II. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@pommybean.store to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Prepare Your Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

Ship the Item(s): Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Please use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that your return is tracked.
III. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
IV. Return Reasons and Specific Processes

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the incorrect item and will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
